This document forms part of Yoga Truth’s official policies. Yoga Truth is a trading name of Inneryou Living Ltd, registered in England & Wales. This document and content apply to all bookings, participation, purchases, and attendance.
SECTION 1: POLICIES & AGREEMENTS
These policies govern retreats, in-person services, online classes, workshops, events, products, and digital content offered by Yoga Truth.
Retreats
Yoga Truth retreats are immersive experiences designed to support rest, reflection, and personal practice. Participation is voluntary and a personal responsibility.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Final balances are due 6–10 weeks before the retreat start date. Room preferences are welcomed but cannot be guaranteed and should be requested via email at sayhelloyogatruth@gmail,com after deposit payment. Travel and health insurance are strongly recommended. Retreats are not medical or therapeutic treatment.
In-Person Classes, Workshops & Events
In-person classes, workshops, and events may include physical movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflective practices. Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise stated. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to be rescheduled. Late cancellations, less than 48 hours are chargeable, and refunds are not offered for missed sessions.
Online Classes, Workshops & Events
Online offerings may include live-streamed or pre-recorded video classes, workshops, courses, or events. By booking or accessing online content, you confirm that you are responsible for creating a safe and suitable environment for your participation.
You acknowledge that Yoga Truth cannot observe or correct your practice in the same way as in-person sessions. You agree to practice within your own limits and stop at any time if you experience discomfort.
Online content is provided for personal practice and educational purposes only and is not medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic treatment.
Access to Digital Content
Access to online classes, recordings, or digital materials is granted for personal use only. Content may not be shared, recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Access may be time-limited or revoked if terms are breached.
Shop / Physical Products
All sales are final. Damaged items must be reported within seven days of delivery, via email, sayhelloyogatruth@gmail,com Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Privacy & Data Protection
Yoga Truth processes personal data lawfully in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is used solely for booking management, communication, and legal obligations.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
SECTION 2: WAIVER & HEALTH DECLARATION (APPLIES TO IN-PERSON AND ONLINE PARTICIPATION)
This document forms part of Yoga Truth’s official policies and applies to all bookings, participation, and attendance.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in Yoga Truth offerings, whether in-person or online, is voluntary and may include physical movement, breathwork, meditation, rest practices, and reflective exercises.
Health Declaration
You confirm that you are responsible for assessing your physical and mental suitability to participate. You confirm that any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations have been considered. Yoga Truth offerings are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation, including online participation without direct supervision, carries inherent physical and emotional risks, and you knowingly accept full responsibility.
Liability Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Truth is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from in-person or online participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Online-Specific Responsibility
For online participation, you accept full responsibility for your practice environment, including space, flooring, equipment, internet connection, and any interruptions or technical issues.
Insurance
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate health and, where relevant, travel insurance.
Waiver Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Online Classes & Workshops – At a Glance
• Live or recorded online sessions

SECTION 5: ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Yoga Truth is committed to creating inclusive and welcoming spaces, both online and in person. We aim to make our website, communications, classes, and events as accessible as reasonably possible.
