Soulful Sunday Slowdown is an intimate, restorative experience weaving together very gentle movement, calming breathwork, healing mantra, and guided meditation.

Each element is offered slowly and with care, supporting the body’s natural relaxation response and helping the mind move out of “doing” mode and into rest.

Gentle movement helps release physical tension held from the week.
Slow, steady breathing supports the vagus nerve, signalling safety to the nervous system.
Mantra and meditation give the mind a simple focus, allowing mental noise to settle without effort.

Together, these practices help lower stress hormones, soften muscle guarding, and create the conditions for deeper rest and emotional regulation.

This is a place to lay the week down. To exhale what has been carried. To listen inward and be met there.

With only five places available, the gathering remains personal, warm, and deeply supportive—allowing time to slow right down and rest in a way larger groups cannot offer.

This is not about achievement or progress. It is about presence. About letting the system settle and the soul land.

The evening closes with a warming, nourishing tea and a simple treat.
